Here’s how it works:
1. Apply for a Credit Facility
Your credit facility is issued through one of TFN’s trusted financial partners. Once approved, the available balance is allocated to your TFN account and ready for use.
2. Link It to Your TFN Dashboard
Your account is set up with a live balance that reflects your approved credit limit. This is fully integrated into your TFN Dashboard – no separate logins or manual tracking needed.
3. Use It Across the TFN Network
Your drivers or subcontractors can refuel at any TFN depot using the credit facility. Orders are placed and managed just like cash – the only difference is that your credit line is funding the transaction.
4. Track Every Rand Spent
Every refuel is logged by vehicle, depot, and driver. You’ll see live updates on your credit usage, available balance, and outstanding spend.
5. Repayment is Handled by the Credit Provider
TFN supplies the diesel, but your monthly credit repayment is managed between you and the finance provider. This keeps your fuel flow consistent while giving you repayment flexibility.
It’s a seamless way to scale your operations, reduce cash pressure, and still maintain complete control from your TFN account.
